Rise of Blazor!

Blazor is a .NET web framework which runs in the browser. Think Angular or React but powered by C# and Razor. Developers create Blazor applications using a mixture of C#, Razor and HTML. These applications execute .NET assemblies using the Mono .NET runtime implemented via WebAssembly. Blazor uses the latest web standards and requires no additional plugins or addons to run, this is a not another Silverlight.

HL 7 History


HL7 International considers the following standards to be its primary standards:

  • Version 2.x Messaging Standard – an interoperability specification for health and medical transactions (1989)
  • Version 3 Messaging Standard – an interoperability specification for health and medical transactions (2005)
  • Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) – an exchange model for clinical documents, based on HL7 Version 3 
  • Continuity of Care Document (CCD) – a US specification for the exchange of medical summaries, based on CDA.
  • Structured Product Labeling (SPL) – the published information that accompanies a medicine, based on HL7 Version 3
  • Clinical Context Object Workgroup (CCOW) – an interoperability specification for the visual integration of user applications
  • Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) – a draft standard for the exchange of resources (2015)
